Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, you can do so without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental start time. Cancelation fee will be charged after the 24 hour window.

 

Cancellation Explained

Cancellation fee for a two-day rental is equal to one day rental fees and half of any other fees, example: any extras like car seat, cooler, protection fee, etc.

If your rental is more than two days, your cancellation fee will be the average cost of your total days of rental and half of all other fees. Example: Young drivers fee, Unlimited mileage fees, car seat rental, etc.
